Orders

KTA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. In the event that an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the customer’s local currency where available through our website localisation system. Final charges may vary slightly depending on exchange rates and payment provider conversion fees.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

Shipping

KTA ships internationally.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International and transferred to local delivery partners within the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK: 2–3 working days
Europe: 3–5 working days
Worldwide: 5–8 working days

Please note that duties and taxes may be included within the shipping costs at checkout depending on the destination country. Where duties and taxes are not prepaid, additional customs charges may be applied by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

KTA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. KTA does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is received damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the damage, including packaging where applicable. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

KTA reserves the right to refuse claims that do not include sufficient evidence or are submitted outside of the stated timeframe.
